In How to Have an Abundance of Energy: Part 1, I talked about looking for the areas in your life where you may be leaking energy. An energy leak is something that drains you every time you think of it. A toleration list helps you get clear that whenever you are tolerating something, you are actually losing energy and power. Addressing each of those tolerations gives you your energy back because you no longer have them on your mind, and even if they don’t disappear, the very fact that you are taking action on them, will give you energy. You are taking your power back.

After you’ve finished this process, it is a good idea to give yourself an abundance of energy…a fully charged battery if you will. The following is a list of energy boosters. I am sure these are not the only things that give energy, but I want to include everything that has worked for me and if I’ve forgotten something, feel free to comment so readers can add to the list.

Make a Gratitude List. This gets you in a state of appreciation, which raises your vibration and increases your energy.

Move your body. Work out, go for a walk or a run or at least stretch. It’s the quickest way to change your energy.

Choose empowering language. Avoid negative or disempowering language.
Â
Laugh as much as you can. Something doesn’t have to make you laugh, you can just laugh for no reason. If you laugh for no reason, it will make you laugh and lift your feelings.

Random acts of kindness are always gratifying, and increases your vibration.

Giving/tithing that which you would like more of in your life is the best way to boost your spirits, and your pocketbook.

Be present in the moment rather than focused on the past or future, both of which drain your energy.
Â
No resistance. Any kind of resistance to what IS means you are not at peace. Let go and be at peace.
Â
Hydration is so important for good health. Many times when we feel tired or hungry a tall glass of water works wonders.
Â
Life supporting food such as raw or lots of greens give you life and direct energy from the sun.
Â
Take responsibility for everything in your life, including how other people treat you.
Â
Meditate daily for at least 10 minutes. If your mind is running all the time it takes up a lot of energy, and if you meditate, then for at least those 10 minutes a day your mind will get quiet and let go resistance.

Be in nature. It is rejuvenating, even if you only have time for a walk in the gardens or by the ocean.

Please post them so that we can all try them. I have found that between staying on top of what I am tolerating in my life and doing some of these every day helps me to rest in motion. It can be a long and hectic day, but things flow easily and I am not tired at the end of it.
